Marketing Manager
We are looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager who wants to actively shape how an international company communicates, grows its brand and generates new business opportunities. This is a generalist role with real ownership. You will have the freedom to propose changes, set priorities and take ideas from concept to execution. Your feedback will be heard, valued and acted on.
What will be your job
- Build and execute a B2B marketing strategy across international markets
- Plan digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads and retargeting
- Manage website content, social media and sales materials in cooperation with our external agency and internal specialists
- Create technical content with our R&D team and external agency, including case studies, blogs and white papers
- Support PR activities in cooperation with an external agency
- Partner closely with sales team that values marketing input and actively turns collaboration into new business opportunities

Represent the company at events and occasionally support outdoor photo and video shoots
What we require
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Hands-on experience with digital, SEO, analytics and CRM tools
- Experience with creative production, including briefing and coordinating graphic, photo and video content
- The ability to turn complex topics into clear marketing communication
- A proactive, analytical and creative approach
- Strong ownership and the ability to take projects from idea to delivery
- High proficiency in English language
