A large platform equipped with on-board localization of flying objects

A large platform equipped with on-board localization of flying objects and an autonomous actuator were designed as fully-functioning prototypes of the Eagle.one system used for hunting and eliminating unauthorized drones.

The system was based on a Tarot T18 octorotor frame, PixHawk flight controller, Intel NUC-i7 PC, Realsense 3D camera, Garmin Lidar rangefinder and an indoor GPS Marvelmind. The end-effector (the system for launching a net) can be operated remotely or autonomously based on a reasoning of on-board computer by using information from carried sensors.
