Office & Event Manager

Are you a communicative and enthusiastic person? Are you looking for variety and challenging tasks? Maybe we are looking for you – this position is suitable also for graduates.

What will be your job

  • Organisation of summer school
  • Organisation of company representation at trade fairs in the Czech Republic and abroad
  • Coordination of business trips
  • Administrative support to the team
  • Marketing and PR support (social networks, website content, video editing and photo cataloguing)

What we require

  • Czech language at native speaker level (ability to edit and proofread written text)
  • Spoken and written English at a very good level
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn new things in PR and marketing (no previous experience
    is required)
  • Ability to find and present accurate information
  • Friendly, helpful, patient, reliable
  • Independent, active, systematic and meticulous approach to work, administrative skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure, ability to solve several problems simultaneously

What would be awesome (although is not a must)

  • experience with event management
  • experience with social media
  • ability to write and proofread technical copy
  • education in the field of economics or knowledge of marketing
